From context
to detail.
AS architetture is Andrea Sbernini’s multidisciplinary studio, founded in Luino in 2017. The studio specialises in architectural design, renovation and restoration, supporting clients at every stage of a project, from feasibility studies and design to construction supervision and completion.
An education at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio and professional experience in Milan and Lugano inform an approach centred on living spaces and their relationship with the surrounding context.

01Architectural design
Feasibility studies, new buildings and interior design. Exploring how buildings fit into their urban and landscape settings, from preliminary design to detailed construction drawings.
02Renovation and restoration
Building surveys and the design of interventions in existing buildings. Transforming residential spaces and preserving built heritage, with close attention to the character of each place.
03Construction supervision and tendering
Construction supervision, specifications, bills of quantities and tender documents. Coordination between clients and contractors, administrative approvals and public procurement.
04Energy retrofitting
Energy assessments and the design of building retrofit measures. Integrating energy efficiency requirements into the architectural design.
